Logical consistency:
Technical or unintentional overlaps between boundaries may arise within this dataset. Technical overlaps include portions of boundaries of applications that are intended to abut but which overlap. These overlaps may be caused by changes in source datasets used to create future act notices at the time of notification. Part of the maintenance program of this dataset is the identification and removal of such technical overlaps.
